A World Without Barriers.™
Welcome to the BC Paraplegic Association website. We hope you will enjoy our new look and invite you to check out the programs, services and resources available to you.
A spinal cord injury or other physical disability impacts every aspect of life, from emotional and physical well being to essential community access, because it takes away many things most of us take for granted.
It is estimated that over 400,000 men, women and children with disabilities throughout British Columbia face challenges each day that demand strength, determination and resilience.

We invite you to join us as we strive to create A World Without Barriers. The BC Paraplegic Association is very appreciative of the efforts of our supporters, members and volunteers. You make a difference in the lives of British Columbians with Spinal Cord Injuries.
There are many ways you can assist us. Consider making a donation to support our programs and assist people living with SCI. Become a member or volunteer at one of our many events. We can always use an energetic volunteer. If you are a person living with a spinal cord injury consider sharing your experience as a peer or a speaker for BCPA. There are many ways to give and a gift of time or money will truly make a difference for someone with a spinal cord injury, their family and their friends.
